Carson City Insulation was founded in 2023 by a team with deep roots in northern Nevada. We started this company because we kept seeing Carson City homeowners get overcharged for insulation work - or worse, getting jobs done by unlicensed crews with no insurance and no accountability when something went wrong. We wanted to offer something different: a licensed, insured contractor who shows up, tells the truth, and does the work right.
Carson City sits at nearly 4,700 feet in the high desert, and the climate here is unforgiving. Winter nights drop well below freezing. Summer afternoons push past 95 degrees. Nevada requires insulation contractors to hold a valid license through the Nevada State Contractors Board before working on any residential or commercial property. Our license means you have a formal record the contractor met the state minimum standards, carries insurance, and is accountable to a state oversight body if anything goes wrong. You can verify any contractor license at the Nevada State Contractors Board website before signing anything.
Every project we take on is covered by general liability insurance. That protects your property if something unexpected happens during the work. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance before any project begins - just ask.
